our story
Welcome to Wandering Star Pilates! I am a traveling Pilates and holistic Nutrition instructor reaching out to studios across the globe as well as being a virtual online trainer. I globe trot across borders aiming to help find a conscious approach to discover and move the spine as well as teach Nutrition and chat about travel!
I use a clearing approach finding space for the muscles, bones and digestion. Sustainable exercise and diet bring us back to nature and regress us to the wild being we were meant to be. Pilates creates a conscious movement while holistic nutrition brings us to mindful dietary patterns. With this in mind, the spine and even the nervous system return to an optimal level, changing into a workable, sustainable lifestyle.

The original matwork exercises created by Joseph Pilates are very challenging, in my sessions you will use modifications to guide you through a safe and effective class which improves your strength, flexibility and posture.
Pilates can be beneficial for everyone, from sport enthusiasts, to those who are sedentary or who suffer from lower back pain.
